The staff was amazing, every need I had was met and every request I had was handled quickly (even things that were not included in my reservation). I can´t even express how happy I am with my stay or how great the staff was, all I can say is 10/10

Situated in Madrid’s Lavapiés district, this art hotel offers functional rooms with free Wi-Fi and private bathrooms. It has a 24-hour reception desk and is 10 minutes’ walk from Atocha Metro Station.... I booked this hotel because I wanted to visit some of the major art museums and this was in the perfect location. The rooms were clean and spacious and I loved the balcony, ceiling fan, and "rain" shower head. I also read many of the positive reviews and they were all correct! The staff was fabulous, the location great, and the rooms lovely. It is a short walk to the museums and into town, and to the Atocha train station. There is also a grocery store across the street and many small shops close by. I will totally stay here again when I next come to Madrid!
