Very cozy room, friendly staff and great wi-fi for working! Also, the breakfast for great considering the cheap price of it. We requested a late checkout as well and got it.

The Hotel Hernán Cortés was inaugurated in 1958, in an impressive building located near Paseo de Begoña, one of the nerve centers of city life. Great location, very close to everything you need. Restaurants are a few meters away, 10 minutes walk, and you are at the beach ⛱️. Shops also a few meters away. Staff were very helpful and cooperative. There is nothing to complain tbh.

Property has very good location in the centre of Gijon! There are a lot of good restaurants and shops near, as well as the beach! You can reach everything! The staff was wonderful! they allowed us to check in early, and when we needed to check out early in the morning, they prepared for us breakfast, arranged the taxi for our next destination! Service was very good and staff was kind, friendly and helpful! Room was clean and for the price we paid - excellent! I would definitely recommend to stay there!

Det charmiga Hotel Central ligger i Gijóns centrum, 600 meter från stränderna San Lorenzo och Poniente. The location is perfect, just across from the bus station and really centrally located! I arrived after reception closed and they sent me WhatsApp messages with all the information to enter the building and find my key. The place is really homey and incredibly cozy and comfortable. I had a small room with a queen bed and an ensuite bathroom. It was right at the top of the entryway stairs and right next to the breakfast area so I was worried that I would hear people in the morning, but not a sound came through my front door and the bedroom door that I closed! The place was really clean and chic, the bed was incredibly comfortable, and the bathroom was clean. I was pleasantly surprised by the value of the hotel since the price was great! I highly recommend it and would definitely come back!
