Overlooking the Huecar gorge and offering a spa, this hotel is housed in a charming, 18th-century building set in the historic heart of Cuenca. I must use superlatives because this hostal was amazing, fantastic, pure luxury, and conveniently located The breakfast spread looked brilliant.

Featuring 2-star accommodation, Palacio de Bobadilla Suites is set in Cuenca, 300 metres from Mangana Tower and 500 metres from Nuestra Señora de Gracia's Cathedral. This was an incredible deal for a large well furnished suite in an ideal location. There was balance between the historic charm and modern reservations. The shower was one of the best I’ve ever experienced! Also, the owners were extremely responsive on WhatsApp.

Featuring a shared lounge and views of mountain, Hospederia Seminario Conciliar de San Julián is a guest house situated in a historic building in Cuenca, 200 metres from Mangana Tower. The place is the center of Cuenca, close to Cathedral on Plaza Mayor, but at the same time hidden in a calm place with mountains view. Rooms are simple, very comfortable and very clean. Delicious breakfast with homemade cakes. Some hints: we parked on a free parking - Parking del Castillo Gratuito, with a great view on a city. Only 15 minutes by walk to Hospedería Seminario Conciliar. I would recommend to use a backpack instead of suitcase (it’ll be more comfortable for you). Also I would recommend visiting the Museum of Spanish Abstract Art (free entrance). Located in the Casas Colgadas (hanging houses) with the best panoramic views.

Featuring river views, Rascacielos San Martín is situated in the Old Town district of Cuenca, 300 metres from Mangana Tower and 200 metres from Nuestra Señora de Gracia's Cathedral. The location was ideal, the views were amazing, and the property was just what we needed. The hosts were warm and welcoming, using a map to explain the points of interest of Cuenca, and answering any doubts and questions we had. When we come back to Cuenca, we'll defenitely look to stay here again.

A recently renovated property, La Casa del Orfebre is set in Cuenca near Mangana Tower, Nuestra Señora de Gracia's Cathedral and Cuenca Train Station. A really delightful room. The heaters in the room were on when we arrived which was really pleasant. The view out onto the gorge was delightful. Room bright and sunny. Bathroom very clean and tidy. Bed linen lovely. Great location - only about 100m to the cathedral. Very responsive host.

In the Old Town district of Cuenca, close to Mangana Tower, La Casita del Río - Riverside Home features free WiFi and a washing machine. we liked everything about this property. the location is perfect. the apartment is beautiful and clean. Tomás the owner was exceptional to deal with. If you are visiting the area I would highly recommend this as a place to stay
