Firstly , massive shout out to Gomana and Ayman the receptionist. They were amazing in every single second in my business trip. In my first day I fully broke my phone and Gomana went above and beyond to helping me out. Furthermore, The airline lost my bag and Gomana and Ayman did not make me feel a single piece of stress. Very massive well done to their professionalism and service, it exceeds the standards of 7 star hotels abroad. Also from the restaurant, Soltan, Zaki and Abou Zeid they were the best I have ever dealt with and made me feel like home. Sometimes something’s I wanted were not available but they went the extra mile to get me whatever I want. Massive well done to the team and staff. You guys are really making a very good image to our country. I will definitely be back Seif Eldein Zahran

Located in El Alamein, 400 metres from Safi Beach, Marassi Boutique Hotel-Marina 2 features air-conditioned rooms and a terrace. It’s quite close to the marina where all the restaurants and shops are located. It’s also close to the beach using the golf carts. The rooms are spacious and modern. Ehab is the best person I dealt with over there. Ehab is on elite level of customer service and politeness. Also Ayman during breakfast time is very nice, helpful, and always smiling.

I was given the option to move to their other hotel in Marina 2 which I accepted. So this review is about the other hotel in Marina 2. Clean and fresh hotel with a simple and good breakfast. Walking distance to Marina. Our stay was very smooth thanks to housekeeping staff Nader. Nader was very accomodating and always with a smile on his face!

Facing the beachfront, The G Hotel Seashell offers 5-star accommodation in El Alamein and features a fitness centre, garden and terrace. I don't understand why the rating is so low. This hotel has: - the best swimming pools/"lagunas" I've seen (you can even kayak in them!) directly accessible from the room - Amazing beach - Modern design - OK price - even though by no means cheap - a good value relative to the area - Wonderful breakfast spread Despite being isolated, finding an Uber was not hard, and getting around takes much shorter than Google Maps suggests
