The Antonius is a luxurious boutique hotel in the heart of the old town of Tartu, directly opposite the main building of Tartu university. Tartu Town hall is 170 metres away. Very nice big room on the attic. Great breakfast and nice staff.

Situated in Tartu, 100 metres from Tartu Town Hall, Hotel Soho features accommodation with a restaurant, a bar and private parking at an extra fee. Superfriendly staff, exellent location, teasty food, comfy bed. :)

Barclay Hotel is located in the centre of Tartu, only 500 metres from Tartu University and close to several banks and shopping centres. It offers free Wi-Fi access. It's one of the best hotels. Don't know why there were some bad comments. The lobby is clean and comfortable with an original design.  The room is big with two separate beds, a wardrobe, a fridge, a TV, a regulated radiator. A good bathroom has a floor with regulated heating. We were in winter (-18 C⁰) and it was very warm and comfortable.  There is a lift that is very important when you are with suitcases. Moreover,  the place of the hotel is marvellous. Last but not least the girls at the reception are always kind and helpful.

Tampere Maja offers accommodation in an 18th century wooden house in the heart of the Old Town of Tartu. There is a cultural club in the cellar, showing exhibitions of Estonian and Finnish art. The guest house is an old wooden building, authentically restored, with very well preserved details (floor, ceiling). The rooms are practically furnished, suitable for longer stays (up to several weeks). In our room, apart from the bedroom with a double and a single bed, there were two sofa beds in the living room. This makes it suitable for a larger family. As it turns out, one of Tartu's sister cities is Tampere in Finland. Tampere maja plays a central role in organizing bilateral relations and functions not only as a guest house but also as a cultural centre. For example, the property houses a gallery where works by Finnish and Estonian artists can be viewed, and related artworks can also be seen in the guest rooms and the dining room. Breakfast was delicious and hearty, offering both local and international dishes. The guest house is very close to the central square of the old town, but most attractions are within walking distance.

Situated in Tartu with Tartu Art Museum and Botanical Garden of the University of Tartu nearby, Old Town Luxury apartment with sauna features accommodation with free private parking. It looks exactly like in the pictures, so no bad surprise. Two bedrooms with double beds and one sofa bed in the living room. All you need is available in the flat. Perfectly located in the city centre, all amenities within walking distance. Excellent communication from the owner, from the check-in instructions to an emergency call we needed to make, they were fast and clear in all their answers.

Vallikraavi street goes along a picturesque path to the old town. Next to Toomemäe hill, you can enjoy scenic routes and enjoy the best of what Tartu has to offer. You can go everywhere on foot. The apartment is modern and suitable for a short stay.
