Located in Tallinn’s Old Town, Bern Boutique Hotel offers air-conditioned rooms with a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, a mini-bar and free Wi-Fi.It is only 328 feet from the Viru shopping... The location was excellent, right in the heart of the town. All the staff were friendly and kind.
