Everything is well organized and introduction is clearly for check in and out. Especially, we like the capsule coffee most!! Host gave us enough capsules for the staying days. And it’s close to the city center, it’s easy to finde parking place outside of the street. Maximum 11Euro/day during working day. Just used the app for parking charge.

The studio is simply amazing, cannot recommend it highly enough, it simply makes you feel like home, super cozy, I would definitely book it again if I come back to Munich. It's only 2 min walk to the subway which connects you directly to the city center (Marienplatz), from Marienplatz you have a direct train (S-bahn) to the airport; Nicole has been super responsive and provided us all the info we needed to reach the studio and how to access it (a video including), a big plus for this. You can also find a supermarket (Edeka) very close to the studio - max.3' walk.
