Location, it is near the U-bahn station and the Olympic Park. The breakfast was delicious, the rooms were comfortable and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. Adagio access München City Olympiapark offers free WiFi, a fully equipped kitchen in each apartment and a fitness centre. The property is 10 minutes by public transport from Olympiapark and BMW Welt. The hotel was very nice and clean, one of the best showers I had in this price range. I did not interact with stuff too much. It was ok I guess.
