Offering a terrace and a shared lounge, Kleiner Rosengarten has rooms with air conditioning, free WiFi and a cable flat-screen TV. The room was great, BUT instructions for key things, like the AC, were only in German, so not tourist friendly. Similarly, good luck reading the sign at the unmanned reception... also only in German. It said to call a mobile number (a long distance call, generally) it was also an unmanned mailbox. Eventually I figured out to walk in through the restaurant around the corner where I was greeting in, you guessed it, German (and Italian): I speak neither. So, the instructions for getting into the hotel need help, but once it, it was fabulous. I cannot comment on the restaurant, as we ate elsewhere, but it looked busy.

Conveniently located in the center of Mannheim, Motel One Mannheim provides air-conditioned rooms, a bar and free WiFi. it was nice , during the day somewhat loud because Street Cars and all the People Shopping. But at Night it was Really Quiet and it was in reach of all the Sights that I wanted to see.
