Offering a terrace and a shared lounge, Kleiner Rosengarten has rooms with air conditioning, free WiFi and a cable flat-screen TV. The room was great, BUT instructions for key things, like the AC, were only in German, so not tourist friendly. Similarly, good luck reading the sign at the unmanned reception... also only in German. It said to call a mobile number (a long distance call, generally) it was also an unmanned mailbox. Eventually I figured out to walk in through the restaurant around the corner where I was greeting in, you guessed it, German (and Italian): I speak neither. So, the instructions for getting into the hotel need help, but once it, it was fabulous. I cannot comment on the restaurant, as we ate elsewhere, but it looked busy.

Nice, very clean hotel, kind helpful staff. I had a room on higer floor, very nice room, comfortable and calm. Near to the center, to the shops and the restaurants.

This modern hotel in the heart of Mannheim is just a short stroll from the Rosengarten congress center, the Planken and Kunststraße shopping streets, and Mannheim Main Station. Room and checkin was great, staff was super friendly. Breakfast was absolutely outstanding !!! Came back for second time and won't be the last time.

The staff and she made the stay very comfortable for my family. Very close to HBF. The breakfast was excellent and fresh with a variety of options.. Overall a memorable stay.

Offering free WiFi throughout, this elegant design hotel is located in central Mannheim just 656 feet from the City Hall. Amazing! I wasn’t expecting much but it was new, clean and trendy. Rooms were reasonably spacious even with an extra bed. Beds comfortable and bathroom good.
