Set in the Neuenheim district of Heidelberg, Rafaela Hotel is within a 15-minute walk of Heidelberg's Old Town district with the theater and university. In just the right place for us with excellent rooms. Good breakfast but also the hotel looks on to a market square with several bakeries and a café. There is a small market on a saturday.

These suites and apartments provide a beautiful place to stay in Heidelberg. They are located on the River Neckar, next to the Old Bridge and a short walk from all attractions. The most amazing location on the river across from the castle and old town. The view was awe inspiring. Upon checkin the staff were so accomodating and helpful and not only sat with us to make us feel welcome they went out of their way making reservations and finding us places to eat and visit. The suite we had was luxuriuously appointed and very comfortable. The included no-cost mini-bar was stocked full of local and typical snacks and drinks for us every day.

Cozy hotel with lots of charachter in quiet area, staff is amazing and the location is super, walking distance to all the main attractions including the Altstadt.

Absolutely a wonderful stay! Attention to the small details add charm, comfort, and value. One of the cleanest and most relaxed stays we’ve had in the past year. Breakfast is definitely a standout! Location is in a peaceful quiet area yet an easy short 10-15 minute walk to the old part of Heidelberg. Communication with property manager was thorough and efficient. Parking is limited but the staff will absolutely do all they can to ensure everyone is comfortably accommodated. We highly recommend this as a must stay!!!

Both kitchens were spacious and equipped enough to sit us all around the table. we had a great time.

Location is perfect, apartment is in good size with every necessary facilities with high standard. There were coffee machine with plenty of capsules and lot of other small useful things as well
