Overlooking the Außenalster Lake, this classic in 2020 renovated hotel offers free Wi-Fi, a spa with indoor pool, a private cinema, restaurants and a bar. Hamburg Central Station is 500 metres away. Everything, except Gala dinner, chef was terrible and his 5 course meal was also a disaster. we left starving at new years eve, and paid 300 usd per person!!!! other than that everything and staff was great

The view from the hotel room was amazing. The location was close to a U-Bahn stop. The staff (front desk, bar, resturant) was very friendly and accommodating. The cocktails at the bar area were delicious. I would highly recommend.

This 4-star design hotel in Hamburg offers large rooms, free Wi-Fi and a sauna and relaxation area with views of the Alster Lake. The city centre is only a 15-minute walk away. Best hotel in Hamburg, rooms are nice good sizes some with small balconies. Great bar and restaurant, Awesome roof top bar in the summers with views of the lake and city. The staff are fantastic every year we stay. Very cool location with tons of bars and restaurants nearby.

This 4-star hotel is located directly opposite Hamburg Main Station. Built in 1925, Hotel Europäischer Hof offers classic-style rooms with soundproofing. I stayed in this hotel with the aim of having a strategic place as a starting point for visiting the city. After buying the Hamburg card I could freely use all the public transports, specially the metro and trains. The hotel is just in front of the main city station . The attendants constantly clean the structure. The breakfast is simply amazing!

For a morning run, the hotel is also very close to the Alster (the city lake). - It seems that the hotel has recently been renovated, with attention paid to the decoration, including fresh-cut flowers in the common areas. - Rooms are super clean and this is the ONLY hotel I visited since the beginning of the pandemic where rooms are cleaned EVERY DAY. In this hotel, there is no covid pretext to save costs by no cleaning rooms every day, and cleaning staff wear FFP2 masks. - The size of the room was absolutely fine and the room was SO quiet! - The lady receptionist was super nice and the breakfast staff are also very friendly. - Breakfast is served from 6.30am to 10.30am, which makes the hotel a good option for a busy early working day or a more relaxed holiday. - The WiFi is excellent.
