The staff were friendly and accommodating. Plenty of parking on site with surveillance cameras. The hotel is quiet at night. The hotel is approximately a five (5) minute walk from a train station which is roughly a 15 minute train ride to downtown Köln. Last but not least, there is a Kentucky Fried Chicken within a few minutes walking distance from the hotel.

The Ibis Hotel Köln Airport is just east of Cologne city center. It offers free WiFi in all areas and good access to Cologne's tourist attractions, the KölnMesse Exhibition Center and Cologne-Bonn... The young man who worked at reception when I stayed was FANTASTIC. He made 100% effort to help me with a problem, which was my own mistake. This saved me a large amount of money. He did not have to help, but he did!
