The check-in experience was phenomenal. My partner speaks Portuguese and German and I speak English and French. At the reception, the attending agent was able to communicate with us in all the languages with respect and a smile. The room as well was very nice, comfortable, clean, peaceful and the right temperature. Very romantic setting for my partner and I. I will definitely come back!!
