Everything was perfect! First of all great staff, always kind and ready to help you. Whatever you need they'll make sure you will get it. We had a 7 night stay, it was really pleasant. Room is very nice and clean. Breakfast is excellent. The heating in room is also excellent. Location is more than perfect. It really exceeded our expectations!

The young receptionist who welcome us, Victoria, very sweet and helpful, thankyou, hope to see you soon! As well the colegues in the morning shift were very helpful and kind, even helping me with my cold. The hotel is in a wondeful location, close by foot to the Venceslao Square. The breakfast's salon is beautiful, everything was delicious and we even have live piano on Sunday! The dinner in the hotel was perfect and the service too!
