The property is in center of cartagena but it’s a small oasis with 0 noise coming through. The swimming pool is better than you can imagine and the breakfast and service are top! This hotel is only 7 rooms so you get one on one service. We had the room right on the street above the entrance, but it was totally quiet. Breakfast is nice, and the staff will do whatever you want them to do. We asked for poached eggs which they didn't know how to do, but they were willing to learn and it was great. The location is fantastic with restaurants on your doorstep, and you are in the old city and Getsemani is within walking distance. A fantastic place to stay.

Our first time to Cartagena, Colombia and we decided to go with Casa San Agustin, and it was the best decision ever. This hotel passed out expectation, especially the cleanliness, the housekeepers would clean twice a day, the place smelled super fresh. The food was excellent, the view, the pool, the location, the staff service. :)
