Our window faced the street so it was a bit noisy but it didn't bother us to much once the windows were closed. Staff and cleaning ladies were very nice. There's also a nice coffee and tea corner for guest to help themselves with some nice free drinks.

They first gave me a room has a strong smoking smell. I complained with the reception and they changed my room the next day.
