The people in the front desk were super helpful and speak fluent english. They showed us recomended restaurants, written guides to attractions, gave us plenty of water bottles and helped us with buying flight tickets and navigating in the city. Also we were allowed to check out at 1700 since the room was not booked. The staff was really exceptional, and the room and location were great! All in all we couldnt ask for a better experience here.

Very well located for the main food/bars areas, comfortable bed and good breakfast. I also have to thank the great staff, because I forgot my earrings when checking out and they very promptly messaged me and mailed them to my next hotel in China and got them the very next day.

Upon arrival we received an upgrade to a Suite which was very convenient. One of the best hotel rooms we ever stayed in; noise free, great bed, nice breakfast & tea. We accidentally switched on the ‘no dusturb’ sign and we only discovered when we arrived at 9PM, but Housekeeping came directly to change the towels and do the necessary works. Special thanks to all staff for making our stay perfect!!

Excellent hotel in the center of Xian, very close to the metro station and Muslim quarter. The staff is very kind and gave us a fruit basket as an apology for transferring us to another room (which was even better). The breakfast is superb and you can exchange the money at the reception (which is great as there is no exchange offices in China). Thank you for you hospitality, I would recommend this hotel to everyone!

Well located in Xi'an, Jinmao Hotel Xi'an Downtown ( Bell & Drum Tower) provides air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi, free private parking and room service. Good location and really friendly staff. Breakfast was great.

Boasting a shared lounge, bar and free WiFi, Campanile Xian Bell Tower is set in Xi'an, 300 metres from Drum Tower. 500 metres from Muslim Street and Bell Tower. The service and the staff was very good. We enjoy it so much. The location is close to the street food and Metro Zhonglou station which is situated near to Xi'an Bell tower. The hotel room was so clean and the bed was so comfortable. There are coffee, hair dryer, toothpaste , comb, toothbrush, drinking water and the laundry downstairs which is free for inhouse guests. Breakfast was delicious.

West Capital International Hotel is situated in the central area of Xi'an, only a 1-minute walk from the Muslin Street and 2-minute walk from Bell and Drum Towers. Staff members Ann Zhou and Jerry Zhao helped us a lot! We are a family of 6 from Canada. Our train arrived early in the morning. They kindly took care of our luggages into storage and helped us to check in smoothly. We felt right at home. The location is amazing, right by the subway station. Breakfast buffet included abundant western and Chinese choices. The whole family were well fed!

Located in Xincheng District, Aurum International Hotel offers well-appointed rooms with free internet. Location is great. Easily walkable to Muslim Quarter, bell tower etc. Breakfast buffet was great.

Ideally located in the heart of historical Xi’an, the gorgeous Xi'an Dajing Castle Hotel is around a 5-minute stroll from Yongning Gate, the south gate of the ancient city wall. The friendliness & politeness of your front desk staff, the concierge & even the housekeeper. All are very helpful. Special thanks to Zhang Yang, he helped to attend to all my needs for transportation. There is another lady at front desk that can speak very fluent English, I forgotten her name. Thumbs up to her & do put her as a service ambassador to attend to English speaking tourists like me - impressive Bed, room, water pressure in bathroom - very good & I'm lucky to hv a room facing the gorgeous City Wall..super beautiful at night. Very good spread of breakfast served Location superb..nearby to tourist attractions, many street foods available & shopping mall - all within walking distance
