The room was really big and spacious. Barry in reception is super special. He helped me hail a taxi even though it was freezing cold.

Crowne Plaza Xi'an is located above the 25th floor of Shaanxi Xinxi Tower. This property has an indoor pool, a fitness centre and free parking. fantastic stay in this hotel. A little out of the centre but definitely worth staying here. We were so well looked after. Starting with meeting Jeffrey who was amazing. Rooms were very spacious with loads of room. Not interconnecting but doors right next to each other. large beds allowing out 3 children 14,13 and 10 to sleep together. Nice and cool. Seperate ac for large bathroom (seperate bath and shower) which when left off allowed us to dry some clothes. Amazing breakfast and superb 51st floor dining restaurant which was very reasonably priced when we visited - they have a western section as well as a xi'an bbq section - we preferred the BBQ section. Fantastic staff - alot spoke fantastic english. exceptional concierge arranging trip to Hua Mountain - you need at least 11 hours!. 10-15 minute walk from metro station.

This hotel is family-friendly. Ms Elsa from reception helped me coordinate with our driver. The other lady earlier helped me with my Alipay. I saw the roof of the bell tower from my window. It was not noisy from the 12/F.

HeSu DESIGNER HOTEL Xi'an Drum Tower & YONGNING Gate Branch features a fitness centre, shared lounge, a terrace and restaurant in Xi'an. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful! The location was good, not far from the old city wall. The hotel has a nice lobby with a bar and food options. We will be definitely staying there again next time in Xi'an!

Boasting a shared lounge, bar and free WiFi, Campanile Xian Bell Tower is set in Xi'an, 300 metres from Drum Tower. 500 metres from Muslim Street and Bell Tower. Great place, near many great restaurants. The breakfast was nothing fancy but enough. We ear out and there were great places very near by. The hotel itself was very nice, clean and with a helpful staff.
