Excellent location and spacious room with modern and clean facilities. The concierge is efficient compare to other hotels that I have stayed with. The front desk manager SanSan is truly remarkable with her proactive approach and made all my family members felt very welcome. In fact it is her I think that makes the hotel so special.

But breakfast in this hotel was a real experience for me!!! Not only was the breakfast different every day, but even the complementary meals throughout the day were new and different. Amazing in taste, so I thought it necessary to thank the chefs - two chefs, one for the sweet part, the other for the dishes, both were personally present in the dining room. Excellent, thank you!! Just go on! In addition, the view from the glass restaurant from a height of 400 meters - FANTASY!

Location of the hotel is perfect given business in the SIP district. Breakfast is a great selection of fresh fruit, bread, museli, hot food and local noodles and dumplings. The fresh juice is also a great touch.

Featuring free bikes, a restaurant as well as a bar, Hilton Suzhou is located in the centre of Suzhou, 8.3 km from Jinji Lake. The staff was very helpful in English. The facilities are great. The rooms are very comfortable and well equipped. They upgraded my room as well. The breakfast options are very diverse and plentiful.
