Sheraton Shenzhen Futian Hotel offers accommodation in the heart of Shenzhen’s Central Business District. It boasts 354 units and 3 dining options. The room was very big and comfortable, and enough room for 3 people to sleep. We got a free extra bed upon request, courtesy to the hotel staff. The gym, pool, club facilities were great. I liked the buffet breakfast too.

They were very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Two of them who attended to us personally were particularly impressive - Mr. Jack Lian of the concierge and Miss Fairy Chen of the Western restaurant on the 2nd floor. The former gave useful information of Shenzhen and tirelessly escorted us all the way to the subway after we checked out while the latter met our request outside, we believe, her purview of work in that she went somewhere away from the restaurant to fetch us something that was not readily available thereat. It was our sincere heartfelt gratitude for their exemplary service that far exceeded our expectations. We have to congratulate the hotel management of boasting staff of such exceptional quality. This also explains why the hotel holds such high reputation.

Well located - Very convenient with direct access to the Futian high-speed railway station. The room is in good size and the staff are all helpful!

Crowne Plaza Shenzhen Futian is located about a 5-minute walk from Shopping Park subway station and Futian Station. Shenzhen Convention & Exhibition Centre is located around 14 minutes' walk away. James, Joyce and Blackburn were excellent attendants and very helpful. They were very polite and professional.
