Located in Huaqiang North Business District, Huaqiang Plaza Hotel features comfy accommodations with free Wi-Fi. It offers a tour desk, a fitness center and a business center with meeting facilities. Excellent location, easy access to subway, shops, restaurants. Very good breakfast with wide selection and different menu everyday. Cleanliness was very good. Comfortable bed and very good amenities in the room. Special thanks to Mr. Jonathan who is very knowledgeable, good command of English and his ability to communicate with guests.

Offering outdoor pool and indoor pool, Four Seasons Hotel Shenzhen is directly opposite Shenzhen Convention and Exhibition Center. Staff, especially Cathy and Penny on concierge were fantastic.

Offering an indoor swimming pool, Wyndham Grand Shenzhen is located in Shenzhen. Upgrade of the room to deluxe, the room of which is very spacious, and the location is near futian city centre.

Sheraton Shenzhen Futian Hotel offers accommodations in the heart of Shenzhen’s Central Business District. It features 354 units and 3 dining options. The room was very big and comfortable, and enough room for 3 people to sleep. We got a free extra bed upon request, courtesy to the hotel staff. The gym, pool, club facilities were great. I liked the buffet breakfast too.

Centrally located in Futian District, The Ritz-Carlton Shenzhen offers luxurious accommodations with free internet and free parking. The quality of the staff was outstanding. They were very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Two of them who attended to us personally were particularly impressive - Mr. Jack Lian of the concierge and Miss Fairy Chen of the Western restaurant on the 2nd floor. The former gave useful information of Shenzhen and tirelessly escorted us all the way to the subway after we checked out while the latter met our request outside, we believe, her purview of work in that she went somewhere away from the restaurant to fetch us something that was not readily available thereat. It was our sincere heartfelt gratitude for their exemplary service that far exceeded our expectations. We have to congratulate the hotel management of boasting staff of such exceptional quality. This also explains why the hotel holds such high reputation.

Ideally located in the commercial center of Futian District, the Futian Shangri-La Hotel Shenzhen stands at 40 stories, making it one of the city’s landmarks. Well located - Very convenient with direct access to the Futian high-speed railway station. The room is in good size and the staff are all helpful!

Crowne Plaza Shenzhen Futian is located about a 5-minute walk from Shopping Park subway station and Futian Station. Shenzhen Convention & Exhibition Center is located around 14 minutes' walk away. Staff are friendly. Special thank for staff, Jayce Bao. He is very extremely nice, and made our stay perfect.
