The staff went above and beyond to welcome us for our honeymoon. They executed all of our check in requests and more! The staff was accommodating, friendly, and helpful. I couldn't have asked for anything more!

Hotel Equatorial Shanghai is conveniently located about a 4-minute drive from Shanghai Exhibition Center and Nanjing Road shopping street. It features 3 dining options and a fitness center. Nice staff, good location close to the Jing'An Temple subway station, big room, nice view from the window, very clean, it was great to have both a shower and a bathtub in the bathroom.

Amara Signature Shanghai is set in Shanghai, only a 5-minute walk from Changshou Road Subway Station (line 7 and 13). It is a 10-minute drive from the bustling Jing'an Business Area. Breakfast was awesome and so many different kinds of food to choose,also all the people who worked there were very nice and friendly!!!

Located in the heart of Jing’an District, Jing An Shangri-La, West Shanghai is central to Jing’an Kerry Center, the large-scale complex covering an area of 450,000 square yards. We have been living here for 10 days and the hotel staff have been very considerate and helpful to me and my family. Staff from Liang Cafeteria, staff from Concierge department and staff who are in charge of room cleaning (I only know that her name is “Su Mei” at floor 43), all of them learn our habits and routines very well in a short time. To travel with two young kids is quite a challenging thing but all of them make us feel like home and we had a very good stay. The first time back to China after 5 years since covid, the hotel staff succeed in making us feel like home and we would definitely live here again if we come back to SH. Directly opposite Jing'an Temple and located on the 12th floor of Paramount Metropolis Building, Paramount Gallery Hotel is around a 2-minute walk from Jing’an Temple Station (line 2 and 7), thus... Location - this hotel is really very convenient - it is about 200m from the Jing'an Temple Metro Line 14 Exit 15, it is really near the metro - there is so much to do around the area aside from the temple, there's so much food options and malls as well - it is easy to walk to the former french concession areas such as ulumuqi road, wukang road Room - amazing room, well maintained - very spacious - very clean - had plenty of plugs for charging electronics - bed was comfortable - windows were very clean (goes to show that they dont skimp on housekeeping) - water pressure was very good, water was very hot as well (amazing for winter) Service - amazing service, very helpful, tended to all our requests and queries sufficiently and quickly - i happened to order a ton of taobao goods, the management and staff aided me by collecting the parcels and assisting with sending it up to my room on a daily basis despite the volume - on the last day after checking out, the manager helped us with directing the cab towards the hotel lobby (because road leading to the lobby is a little bit hidden from the main road). Because of the number of bags we had, the manager had the staff help us with the luggage and brought it down on the bellhop trolley - the room service was daily and done very well

Pullman Shanghai Jingan is ideally located in the city center, with easy access to shopping malls and commercial areas. Breakfast also location was perfect, they offering me more that what expected room for no charge
