Felt like we were staying at someone’s home and cared for very kindly! The location was great, walks in the neighbourhood brought us to wonderful nature. Lovely staff, local breakfast, the teas in the tea room were great as well! Fresh fruit at night! Hangzhou is a great place especially the nature outdoors! Seems like a fake review, but everything was excellent. Many thanks, we will be back.

This was a truly beautiful, wonderfully designed hotel with an exceptional staff (special shout-out to Tina at the front desk but everyone was SO helpful and kind. Best breakfast we’ve had in China! Loved the pool!! Bedrooms were beautifully appointed and designed, excellent on-site restaurant and bar. Best place to stay in Hangzhou!!

Sitting in the northwest corner of the alluring West Lake, Four Seasons Hotel Hangzhou at West Lake boasts views of traditional Chinese gardens from most units. We had a lovely time. The property itself is one of a kind, has beautiful garden, the boat experience is a must try! Service was exceptional, everyone we met there were so polite and nice. Special thanks to Judith who went out of her way taking care of my elderly parents and my little one, we all loved the picture you took for us, thank you! Can’t wait to come back!

Lovely room - nice decor, comfortable bed. Good shower, and the high-tech toilet was great. Enjoyed the location: far from the crowds, yet easily accessible by bus. The Maojiabu area is picturesque, and the China National Tea Museum is within walking distance.
