I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Guilin Village Creek Inn, and I must say it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. This charming inn, nestled in the heart of picturesque Guilin, offers more than just a place to stay—it provides a truly immersive and memorable experience. From the moment we arrived, Michelle and her team went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. Their outstanding service and warm hospitality made us feel welcome and cared for. Michelle’s attention to detail and personal touch truly set this place apart. The mornings at Guilin Village Creek Inn were a highlight of our stay. Each day began with an authentic breakfast that was not only delicious but also beautifully presented. The variety of local delicacies gave us a wonderful taste of the region's cuisine, and it was evident that a lot of love and care went into preparing each meal. One of the standout experiences during our stay was our trip to Yangshuo via a cruise along the Li River. Michelle and her team arranged everything seamlessly, from the boat tickets to personalized transportation. The cruise itself was breathtaking, with stunning views of the karst mountains and serene river landscapes. It was an unforgettable journey that was made even better by the hassle-free arrangements provided by the inn. The personalized transportation provided by the Guilin Village Creek Inn was another aspect that greatly enhanced our trip. Whether we needed a ride to a local attraction or a transfer to the airport, the service was prompt, reliable, and comfortable. It made exploring the area so much easier and stress-free. Situated in Guilin, 600 metres from Zhengyang Pedestrian Street, Riverside Wing Hotel Guilin features accommodation with a shared lounge, private parking, a terrace and a restaurant. One of the nicest place I have ever stayed in. The rooms with river view are just splendid, the location is perfect and the staff is fantastic. I stayed there multiple times and loved it each time.

Positioned along Taohua River, Secret Courtyard Resort Hotel boasts a Chinese-style courtyard and is located in Lujia Village, just 2 km from downtown Guilin. The location is perfect. The owner and staff are super helpful and welcoming. The day trips were incredible.

Qingshanshe Hotel - Free Shuttle to High-speed Railway Station for 2 Nights features a garden, terrace, a restaurant and bar in Guilin. Absolutely lovely hotel in every way. 10/10 recommend. The double room was extremely spacious (enough space to run around!), fully furnished (king-size bed, many tables/stools/sofa, clothes rack), and spotlessly clean. The decoration is stylish, the floors are made from parquet in the room and tiles in the bathroom. The shower is very spacious too. Everything is of high quality. Staff are extremely welcoming and helpful. Breakfast provided in the morning, and they help with travel tips and organizing tours to sights in the beautiful area. They made us feel right at home for our 5-night stay. And last but certainly not least ... the view from the rooms is simply breathtaking! When we booked the hotel, we had doubts whether the view would really be that good. Many hotels advertise a view, only for the reality to be disappointing. But not this hotel. Imagine waking up every day with a 3m-wide window showing Guilin's amazing karst mountains right in front of you, with practically nothing in between you and them! All of this, for a reasonable price ... Ideal stay for anyone - single, couples, groups - who comes to Guilin and Guangxi for the beautiful nature. PS: hiking and promenade routes available right from the hotel's doorstep!

Guilin Bonjour Boutique Hotel features a garden, shared lounge, a terrace and restaurant in Guilin. The receptionists ( 2 young ladies ) were absolutely delightful. They tried to make our stay comfortable and gave us invaluable information. The only disappointment was that we could not get the 4 star VIP boat seats for the day we wanted, but they made sure that we did get the tickets for the next day!

Set just about a 5-minute drive from Reed Flute Cave, 2 km from the centre of Guilin City, The Beyond Villa Guilin sits close to Taohua River and is surrounded by greenery and silence neighbourhood. It‘s outside the city centre but easy to get to by DiDi/Taxi. I think if the weather is nice (sadly wasn‘t the case during our stay) you could also rent bicycles close by. The scenery around the place is beautiful, and the staff as well as the owner are super friendly and helpful. They helped us with everything we needed! The owner even hosted a tea ceremony for us because there wasn‘t much else to do (since the weather was really bad). They also accomodated us with vegan breakfast which we didn‘t expect to get in such a remote place. Limited English spoken but you can use your translator app or chat with them via wechat (which has an auto-translation function built in). We hope we can come back someday (maybe during a season where there is less rain🥲).

Well situated in the Xiufeng district of Guilin, Holiday Inn Express Guilin City Center, an IHG Hotel is situated 500 metres from Sun and Moon Twin Pagodas, 2.2 km from Seven Star Park and 2.9 km from... I had a wonderful stay in this cozy and clean accommodation. The staff were exceptionally friendly and made me feel very welcome.

Steps from beautiful Xiangbi Hill, Lijiang Waterfall Hotel Guilin is a landmark itself. Its Guinness record-making artificial waterfall performs every night. We always stay in this hotel when we go back to Guilin visiting family. 3 of us stay in a family suite comfortably with amble space. The location is fantastic, it is right in the old centre of Guilin. The staff are very professional and friendly. It would be the first choice for many visitors.

Guilin Flowers Inn features free bikes, garden, a shared lounge and restaurant in Guilin. The rooms are gorgeous and very spacious. The owner Kitty is absolutely amazing - she speaks great English and is super helpful in organising anything you want to do around Guilin. One afternoon she even invited me to eat Chinese Hotpot with her and the other staff which was delicious. The location is great - in a nice and quiet leafy area but just a short walk from the beautiful Sun and Moon pagodas.
