Cangshan is 3 km away and Erhai Lake is 5 km away. very charming restored boutique hotel located right in the heart of the ancient town but away from all the bustle. the hearty home cooked breakfast is a great start to the day too. did not hurt that we got upgraded to a suite which was very lovely too.

Super friendly and helpful owner, and very accommodating too. The hotel is beautiful. Our room was comfortable and very tranquil. There was also washing machines that we could use for free! The internet was strong. The location is good, we only needed to cross the road to go to the market and the centre of the old town.

Ideally situated in Dali, Dali Blocks · Cafe & Travel Hotel features air-conditioned rooms, a shared lounge, free WiFi and a terrace. Decent value for money. Difficult to find since the name is actually Wood Inn. Bathroom needs renovated and cleaned up a bit but the water was hot and shower pressure good. Staff went above and beyond to help me get a piece of electrical equipment id forgot. Terrace has beautiful views. Free use of Washing machine. Beds fairly comfy. Short walk into the mix of old town. Would stay again!

The staff crew were extremely friendly, attentive, and always gave a smile whenever they saw you. The room and services were way beyond my expectation. The simple breakfast included was also very hearted. What I loved the most was the vibe that’s peaceful and relaxing.
