Everything was great and the service is immaculate! They even helped me get a taxi to the airport as I was having difficulty with the app itself.

Featuring a fitness center and 2 restaurants, Niccolo Chengdu is located just a 7-minute walk from Chunxi Road metro station. Free WiFi access is available in all areas. All the staff are amazing and highly efficient. My husband and myself are very happy and impressed with the concierge service. Everything will be well taken care of by the staff. We stayed for 3 nights on the 5th floor and a night on the 15th floor facing Taikoo Li. Frankly speaking, we prefer the room and view of the 5th floor as compared to the 15th floor. The room is clean, well maintained and comfortable. The only thing we do not like are the pillows. They are too soft and not thick enough for our liking. We requested for thicker pillows and once again the housekeeping responded efficiently and brought over two different types for us to choose from. However they are still the same. Nevertheless, this can be overlooked as everything else is impeccable. The indoor pool is also heated and I believe our kids will love it. We will definitely be back with our kids next time.

Featuring a fitness center, Holiday Inn Express Chengdu Tianfu Square, an IHG Hotel - Chunxi Road and Taikoo Li is located in the center of Chengdu, a 10-minute walk from Tianfu Square. The staff were incredible; I have limited mandarin and they all were so kind and patient to speak with me in English. I arrived earlier than check in time and they were able to find me a room so I could rest after night flight. Honestly the place was like a home, so close to everything, I felt cared for and definitely would stay there next time.
