Located on the absolute beachfront, Vaiakura Holiday Homes offers spectacular sunset views. The property is located just 5 minutes' walk from local restaurants and across the road from a grocery... Absolutely perfect location! You could not ask for a better view to wake up to everyday! The beach unit was perfect for our family of 6! The rooms were all of good size, two separate bathrooms and an updated kitchen/eating space. Even though there was no AC, there were fans in every room that made things comfortable! Not only was there a porch outside the unit with a fantastic grill that we utilized multiple times, but there is another large deck attached to the upstairs master bedroom that was perfect to watch the sunsets! There are lounge chairs, kayaks, reef shoes, snorkels, and more for you to borrow. Great swimming spot just 50 meters down the beach. Our kids (and adults) loved Raewyn’s dogs! They made you feel at home everyday. Raewyn, the host, is fantastic!! Very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful!! Can’t say enough!! Raewyn and her son work very hard to keep the property clean and tidy everyday, which is just an added bonus. Would definitely recommend Vaiakura Holiday Homes. We are already trying to plan our next visit!

Overlooking Aroa Beach, Lagoon Breeze Villas offer a private balcony with ocean, mountain or garden views. loved the spacious villas with everything you need when staying away from home. Loved the continental breakfast Loved that we had access to snorkel gesr and kayaks Loved how helpful the staff were and that you could book activities through our accommodation. Loved the extra special pamper i.got from staff for my birthday

Located just yards from the beach, The Black Pearl Beachside Apartments offers modern rooms set among tropical gardens. It is has an outdoor swimming pool and is 15 minutes’ drive from Avarua. We’ve stayed in four different locations and this one was by far the best one. The beach next door is amazing. Good snorkelling spot 10 min by foot. Also there’s a grocery shop next door where you can also buy ice-cream in a cone. Paul’s BBQ is also fantastic and the rooms spacious.

Sunset Resort is located just 3.7 mi from Avarua in Rarotonga. Its spacious, self-catering studios and suites either boast a beachfront location, or overlook the 2 outdoor swimming pools. Beachfront room with lovely views over the gardens to the beach and sea. Beautiful in the morning and also benefiting from lovely sunsets. Room well equipped and clean. 2 small pools, one at the cocktail bar, where there is an excellent range of cocktails and drinks at very reasonable prices. Light breakfast provided and evening meal option, which was very good, Also other options within walking distance together with a small bakery across the road. Island bus service stops outside. Staff all friendly and helpful. Overall a very relaxing and enjoyable stay.

Are Mii a stylish one room container home is a recently renovated vacation home in Rarotonga, near Black Rock Beach. This property offers access to a terrace and free private parking. Everything in the home was clean and new. Aircon was great with the warm temperatures and the hosts couldn’t do enough for us. Very easy to walk to shops and restaurants.

Just a few steps from Kavera Beach and a 15-minute walk from Aroa Beach, Konini Villa features accommodations in Rarotonga with a garden. We loved our stay at Konini villa. The location was great, close to town and fish and chips and the beautiful beach a short walk from the doorstep. Lots of space for the family to spread out and thoughtful equipment and facilities provided for the stay. Highly recommended :)

Sina Pool Villa Rarotonga offers accommodations in Arorangi, 5.5 miles from Albertos. Private parking is available on site at this recently renovated property. Was probably our 8th family holiday in Raro - Was a Great location, nice and private, probably best we'd been at in a long time - well equip with everything we needed - no complaints. Clean and comfortable. Great to have 2 good sized bathrooms with 2 adult children in tow. Pool was perfect temp. Washing line also was covered and anything we hung up drived very quickly. Also was great to have plenty of towels!
