Featuring a garden, a terrace as well as a bar, Hotel Tannenhof is located in the center of Zermatt, a 7-minute walk from Zermatt Train Station. The Hotel was clean and modern. All of the employees were friendly, helpful and courteous. It was an easy five minute walk from the train station.

In a quiet location of Zermatt, Hotel Romantica offers a garden, free WiFi, and rooms with flat-screen cable TV. We loved our stay in hotel Romantica. Everything was perfect. Above all, the amiability and care of the personnel really made us feel at home. We would definitely come back in the future.

A member of the "Leading Hotels of the World," the 5-star Mont Cervin Palace was opened in 1851. It is in the heart of Zermatt, 320 yards from the train station. All the staff from concierge to reception to restaurant to housekeeping are very polite, helpful and positive. Their dedicated attitude is focused on the perfect guest experience. The hotel has a wonderful spa, which is just what you need after a long day of skiing or snowboarding. Furthermore the ski room facilities are second to none with ventilated lockers for each room, and helpfully a ski shop is attached within the same building, so equipment rental can be charged to your room with one click. no need to leave the hotel to rent equipment or buy the latest gear. Located right in the village, so quite far from the ski lifts if walking in ski gear BUT the facilities, service & positive vibes outweigh this, and worth the daily taxi ride at 12 CHF each way to the ski lifts. However, being in the village means that you are right smack in the middle to shop in all the big brand watch & clothing stores, and have all the restaurants right on your door step. The lively part of town therefore is at your fingertips. The restaurants within the hotel are wonderful though, so you don’t necessarily have to venture out to dine. The rooms are perfectly clean, homely, well equipped and the suites are very spacious. Modern touch button showers and baths with rainfall showers, soft fluffy towels and also wonderfully heated when you come back after a day out in the snow. Comfy, homely with a Swiss touch of magic and the view of the Matterhorn or surrounding mountains. I keep returning every year, and truly highly recommend this wonderful hotel with all its fabulously helpful staff, which I cannot praise enough. I have stayed in all of Zermatt 5 star hotels, but the Mont Cervin Palace is the winner for me every time. Thank you to all the staff for making each stay more than memorable for all the right reasons.

As the first hotel ever built in Zermatt, the Monte Rosa is located right in the center of the village and 1312 feet from Zermatt Train Station. Very comfortable rooms in this hotel. Very clean and located right in the center. What you need in 5 minutes walk from the hotel. Very good value for money. Breakfast also was perfect.

Located in the Bahnhofstrasse in car-free Zermatt, the Hotel Schweizerhof offers you three restaurant, concierge service and free WiFi. The staff was great, they really do try their best! Honestly, absolutely everyone was great, reception, breakfast, restaurants. I came many times to the main Resto and it was always an excellent experience, I love the atmosphere, the design,and the food is of course also delicious. It was first stay at the hotel and I found it great, super cosy room (the bed was fantastically comfortable) ! If you come with a small child, mind the fact that the music in the main restaurant and bar is very loud. I never really noticed until I came with a three month old baby, ha! But that's what makes the place feel so fun for adults!
