Very dignified, exquisite, Italian decor. Very friendly, helpful people at the Reception Desk. Including a very charming lady from Ecuador and all the others. Good location, ten minutes walk to the waterfront. The hotel was built by an Italian expat; he turned the place into a real pearl. Try to book a room on the fourth floor. We were in room 407. The Oswego Hotel is located on a quiet street a few minutes walk from Victoria’s parliament buildings and historic harbour. We loved the hotel! the room was large enough, had all amenities, beds very confortable, quiet even if so close to the city center, staff was very friendly and helpful, food offer was great- we will be back!!

Overlooking Victoria’s beautiful Inner Harbour, this historic hotel features extensive spa treatments and a selection of on-site restaurants. The Royal British Columbia Museum is 5 minutes' walk away.... Fantastic pool and a small gym, but one that's open 24/7, and the pool and hot tub are open until 1am. Very kind and helpful staff. Room service available 24/7 as well which is almost surprising to find these days. Very comfortable and clean rooms and Le Labo products were greatly appreciated.

Position was perfect, Breakfast amazing, the staff super nice, and the bed was one of the most comfortable I have ever slept. I am still dreaming about those comfy pillow !!
