Staff was super friendly and helpful. They helped us find local restaurants and activities for us. Room felt like a little apartment. It was spacious , clean and homey. We will definitely want to stay here again next time we are in Victoria!

Overlooking Victoria’s beautiful Inner Harbour, this historic hotel features extensive spa treatments and a selection of on-site restaurants. The Royal British Columbia Museum is 5 minutes' walk away.... The hotel was beautiful, the room lovely and the general ambience what I had hoped for. It was a delight to stay there. The gentleman at the check in desk (who had worked in Australia) was very professional and inviting. The doorman (outside dealing with arriving cars) was funny and helpful.

Amazing location, you have a lot of great things very close to the hotel. (restaurants, museums, bus stops, markets, etc) Great price and service. Fully Recommended!!!

It was a great value, and the room is spacious and clean, very comfortable too. The location is also very convenient. It exceeded my expectation.
