The room was spacious,clean and comfortable with a very large bathroom.

I just loved staying right by the carnival blocks! Awesome neighborhood, the bars, the food, the comfort of the room... flawless.

Rio de Janeiro’s historic and cultural neighbourhood of Lapa is at your doorstep at the Hotel Americano. All rooms come equipped with air conditioning and cable TV. Free parking is available. My room was large and my bathroom had been newly renovated and had a large jacuzzi. I also had a small entrance room that had a fridge and computer table. I was comfortable and overall enjoyed my stay. The location is relatively central although you do have to walk a bit to the metro.

I loved staying here - it is unreal how beautiful it is and i literally can't wait for the day i'll stay at this beautiful place again! Everyone is so friendly and the building is like from a movie! It was nice and quiet and everyone there was so lovely. Nothing can really sum up how amazing it was staying there after a lot of other places in rio! This place is a safe haven and i would, will and am recommending it to everyone i'm meeting here in Rio! Thank you to Saul and the amazing team. I'll see you very soon!

We had a fantastic time at Rio144! From the owners to the staff, everyone was incredibly nice and accommodating. Jerome, in particular, stood out as a remarkably friendly and attentive host. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, and every detail was thoughtfully attended to. Our stay was filled with comfort and hospitality, making it truly memorable. Additionally, the view from the place is unreal – we could even see Christ the Redeemer from the pool! We highly recommend Rio144 to anyone looking for a delightful getaway experience.
