Nice little hotel downtown, friendly staff, good size rooms, comfortable beds. A bit noisy at times but given the location is normal. Parking available at a decent distance. Easy access after hours, nice coffee at the Pinko coffee bar.

Centrally but quietly located on Samovodska Charshiya Street in Veliko Tŭrnovo's Old Town, Guest Rooms Bela Neda features air-conditioned rooms with a flat-screen TV. Nic was very personable and couldn't do enough to help us. Bela Neda was positioned perfectly right in the Old Town, close to everything.

Family Hotel "Slavianska dusha" is set in a typical Bulgarian National Revival-style.The complex features a garden and houses built from wood and local stone. The rooms were clean, very comfortable. Breakfast was amazing. I highly recommend it for anyone visiting Veliko Tarnovo. Overall, we had a great experience.

I went to Veliko Tarnovo for the first time and was not let down to the slightest. The owner was exceptionally pleasant and the location and view were spectacular as well.

Although the building itself is run down and does not look promising from the outside, inside they have done an amazing job!The apartment was sparkling clean, very well designed, stylish and very comfortable. We were worried about the bathroom because we read other comments saying it's too small. Yes, it's small but they have done so well with small space - it is very well made and absolutely convenient - we had no worries with that - totally loved it. The bed was very comfortable too. We stayed on a very hot weekend but the AC saved the day. The view from the bedroom - wow! The kitchen had all facilities, too bad we didn't stay long enough to make use of it. The location is very convenient - literally 5 min to the old town. It was also very quiet. The owners were very helpful and easy to contact - we forgot something in the flat and they helped. If ever in Turnovo again, we will definitely choose to stay here. Loved it!

Absolutely gorgeous place, the views are incredible! The location is also great very close to shops, restaurants and cafés. Just beware if you're going by car as the streets are very steep and narrow, if you're not comfortable driving it's best to leave the car down in the city. Definitely worth the walk up though!
