This hotel made my trip worthwhile. The staff were always on top of their job, and they are extremely nice and they treat all residents like family almost. Anything one might need help with from road trips to shuttles to help with different locations and taxis, the staff were always willing to help. The hotel was always clean and the shared dining room felt like a home. This hotel is a big recommend!

Attractively set in Sarajevo, Ornament Hotel features a continental breakfast and free WiFi. It was right next to the Latin Bridge and the entrance to the old city. Very comfortable room and the receptionist was extremely helpful. We parked our car and could walk everywhere.

The hotel is located right in the Old Town of Sarajevo. The room was freshly refurbished, with some oriental touches. The hosts were extra attentive. I was late for breakfast (long night), so they made me a late breakfast. An excellent value for money.
