Superb service. The staff at reception went above and beyond for us. We had a sick 11 month old. The reception guys helped set up a medical appointment, order medical supplies online (humidifier) and ordered us food online. These guys were helping us daily, even lifting our stroller as we went out/in 3-4 times a day! Anything we needed they were there for us. They became family. We were meant to stay a few days, but ended up staying two weeks due to U.S. visa stuff and the sick baby. So much respect for them!! And the house cleaners/maids made our room sparkle everyday. They kept the sheets clean, room tidy, and fresh towels daily! Thank you ladies. My family is grateful. Staff was amazing, location was close to all, and Baku is a safe and clean city for families. ❤️

It is inside the Baku Old City, which is itself a charming historical attraction. The hotel is also within walking distance to most of the key attractions of the city. The hotel staff are all very friendly and helpful, especially Azar, who speaks fluent English and is very attentive to our needs. The breakfast is also delicious, and the best part is that it is served whenever you are ready. We usually slept in late and went for breakfast at around 10:30am. We also enjoyed the dinners at their cozy and pretty restaurant on the rooftop for very a reasonable price.

I really like the retro vibe of this hotel, mostly if you are looking for something classic ambiance.The good thing about this hotel is you can easily walk around the city and some tourist spots like Nizami Street and Old Town with plenty of restaurants that you can chill and relax mostly in the evening. The room is good,quiet and clean and they also provide free bottled water ☺️. Thank you to Jafar and Valentin for being such a great host. They made me feel safe mostly I’m a solo traveler. You guys made my trip so memorable.

The Da Vinci hotel is a nice cute boutique located in the middle of Baku Old City. Before ariival , we expected a small uncomfortable place , but a surprise awaited us. The room is quite large with an unusak interior ,and bathroom is very large and water was warm always. The breakfast was very tasty and receptionist helped with any question.
