Cute little rooms with all the essentials, plus espresso machine and slippers/robes and even a Dyson hairdrier which was great. Helpful and friendly staff. Excellent value for money. Would definitely stay here again.

Hotel Beethoven is located in a quiet side street 100 metres from the Naschmarkt Open-Air Market and the Theater an der Wien in Vienna's 6th district, just a 5-minute walk from the Ringstraße... Staff were friendly, the room was lovely as well as peaceful. The hotel bar is great. Little extras like free tea, coffee & cake in the lounge made it even more special. I would really recommend this hotel.

The Mercure Hotel Raphael Wien is located directly opposite the Raimund Theatre and just 450 metres from the Westbahnhof Train Station and the Mariahilfer Straße shopping street. Very good experience. We came at Christmas time and everything was magical. The breakfast area was nicely decorated and food selection was good. The staff is very helpful and polite, especially with the breakfast service. The room had a nice view of the theatre. Beds are comfortable and the bathtub is big enough to take a bubble bath. The cleanliness was perfect, and everything we asked for was provided. One of the best things is the free sauna that is open late! All in all a great experience and I would definitely come back if I go to Vienna again.

The staff are an asset to the hotel and are helpful, friendly and pleasant. They are all excellent and solved every request efficiently. The hotel is centrally located. You can walk easily and there is a metro stop very near if going further afield. I would book this again if I was returning to Vienna.
