The staff was very friendly and offered to help with everything. The lobby was decorated very nicely and the offered coffee and tea there. There was also a vending machine which was very helpful for late night snacks

We were very satisfied and the staffs were very nice, flexible and understanding. We arrived passed their booking time but the staffs made sure they kept our keys and cards where we could take them and even send us messages were our card was and so on. Hassle-free parking. The accommodation was a very pleasant experience and we would be happy to repeat it.
