Most of all, kind and dedicated people in Diplomatic Hotel. Francisco, Conzalo in reception and Luiz in concierge were quite nice and supportive. Especially, supervisor Franco supported me a lot on the check-out date in relation to flight cancellation due to national strike of airport. One of the rememberable hotels in the history of my visit. Quite strongly recommendable.

Located conveniently in the center of Mendoza, 718 Rufino Petit Hotel has free WiFi, a shared lounge and free private parking for guests who drive. Everything was 5 star. Especially staff like Federico, the owner, Mario, the kitchen staff and basically everybody went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable.

Cozy little hotel, very nice staff, met the owner and was very eager to receive feedback about our stay, he seemed realy interested in constructive feedback. He also had the most wellbehaved German Shepherd I have ever met! The rooms where nice, a bit small, but clean and nice. Breakfast was really good. Location is great, close to everything. And again, amazing staff!! Everybody was very friendly and helpful.

The staff was excellent! Helpful and polite. They have a very good breakfast with plenty options to choose. The staff gave us very good advice and recommendations for activities in the city.
