Situated near bustling Sheikh Zayed Road, Grand Hyatt Dubai is set on landscaped gardens with 1 indoor and 2 outdoor pools and boasts 13 dining and entertainment venues. We had a wonderful holiday stay at the Grand hyatt . We think it all comes down to the staff who make the stay comfortable and memorable. We had taken the half board package . The food was delicious, fresh and so much to choose from everyday .A big thank you to chef Deepak at the Indian section at The Market Cafe 🙏🏽. The staff at The market cafe are extremely efficient and always ready to attend to customers with a smile .We interacted a lot with Lissa,Roy,Julie,Elgen,Imran ,Rajeev,Abhi and Pratap .Above all the staff are very friendly and have a great sense of humour .They are also very attentive and have an eye for details as plates were replaced really fast and glasses filled as soon as a drink was over . We were so touched to receive a bon voyage card and a pastry from Lissa , Pratap and Abhi on behalf of Market Cafe on our last day ,thank you so much . Special mention to Abhi for going the extra mile for his service skills , efficiency and excellent public relation skills . We are sure his and the other staff members efforts are definitely recognised by the Hyatt team.Happy employees make happy customers.The staff really did look happy to serve . Thank you to Mr . Vinoth for your hospitality which is much appreciated 🙏🏽 Thanks to all at the pool bar too and congratulations to Mihir on completing one year with the Grand Hyatt in Dubai .
