I liked everything, I have been visiting Dubai quite often but this time was our best trip..and I figured it out that it is because of the hotel. It's just amazing. 10 out of 10.They also upgrade our room, with a spectacular view of Burj Khalifa . We are definitely coming back again

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Novotel Bur Dubai, and I must say it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. During our visit, we encountered a minor issue with our initial room. However, the way the staff handled it truly impressed us. They swiftly and seamlessly upgraded us to another large room, complete with a breathtaking view and even a Jacuzzi. This unexpected gesture went above and beyond our expectations, and it made our stay even more memorable. The accommodations themselves were luxurious and meticulously maintained. The room was spacious, elegantly furnished, and exuded a sense of comfort and tranquility. The Jacuzzi was a delightful addition, providing us with the perfect way to unwind after a day of exploring the area. Overall, our experience at Novotel Bur Dubai surpassed all expectations. The exceptional service, luxurious accommodations, and stunning amenities made for an unforgettable stay. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a truly exceptional getaway. Situated near bustling Sheikh Zayed Road, Grand Hyatt Dubai is set on landscaped gardens with 1 indoor and 2 outdoor pools and boasts 13 dining and entertainment venues. I was attending a family wedding. Starting by the Reception, I was lucky enough to meet Mr.Ayman , very professional and funny. He made our check in very smooth, we talked a little bit about football and life, meanwhile ge was finalizing our booking. He is very knowledgeable and explained us everything. Reaching our bedroom myself and my daughter we were astonished of the beautiful room, the cleanliness, the nice smell., well organized. Few minutes after Mr.Shyem arrived with our luggage 🧳. He promptly placed them in yhe right place and immediately offered us to help. Thanks you very much for such services. The next day, was another pleasant day , the breakfast , at the restaurant reception you will meet Mr. Hocine, young guy smiling , making you comfortable, escorting you to your table. He was very very helpful as I have a picky girl. He explained to her all the buffet and he will also help with some recommendations and was very helpful. He was very kind and supportive dealing with young kids. My daughter was very happy and she immediately recommended to come back to this Hotel and especially this restaurant. Before leaving Mr.Hocine recommended to have a walk around the hotels facilities, exploring the garden , the peacocks 🦚. My God this was an excellent recommendations from Mr. Hocine and I really thanks him for that. Beautiful Gardens , water fountain and the Star of all the Peacocks 🦚 💙. Highly Highly recommended. Heaven. our next stop will be tye lunch time at creative Restaurant, where the food varieties is there from all over the world . very tasty and lovely spices and sweets. Mr. Hazem was at our service, professional, kind , gentleman 👏, the restaurant was very crowded but with Mr. Hazem help and support everything was smooth. Thank you very much for making us comfortable. The check out experience , With Mr. Mahmoud very friendly , kind and smooth.
