Nestled on the shores of the Dubai Creek, Park Hyatt Dubai features a 100-yard infinity lagoon leading into a beautiful private sandy beach. It also features a 25-yard pool set among palm trees. Very friendly and professional staff, fantastic location, extraordinary and beautifully arranged breakfast with an assorted variety from all different corners of the world. Big thanks to Belal for an amazing upgrade and late check out that made our stopover in Dubai to be an extraordinary experience. And not to forget .... two amazing swimming pools.

The staff is so exceptional, Mohamed from the restaufant and the girls was absolutely the best you could ever imagine. Reception was also so fantastic the security guys are very helpful. The place is very clean, classic and refreshing alm the time. I absolutely love it and will go back to it. Tried to book for my cousin ftom 10 to 15 October 2023, but price became sooooo expensive. I think only September and the hot season was cheap. Because of that I booked a cheaper hotel.

The staff were very courteous and we were upgraded to the creek view. Location is excellent. Vinnie at the counter was very helpful. Also Ahmed went out of his way to help us.
