Richards Bay is a clean beautiful Town. The cherry on the Cake is the Bay nd Pelican Island beach. The most beautiful clean beach is South Africa. I go there every year just to hve some of the beach nd swim in the bay. The nature reserves are also the best in South Africa, imagine yourself driving besides the zebras....awesomeness

Next time I would love to get a room on the side facing the sea, not that side we were facing those old ugly rondavel houses
Room was very good with kitchen & bar fridge, the only concern was the fact that water from the shower wasn't hot, please sort that out
The accommodation was very safe with locked gate operated by a remote

Walking with my Partner on beach sand was the best Part, Swimming and playing on the Sand was Nice... Mmmmmmh 🥰 the Shopping Malls are Clean and Safe , there Securities were everywhere and they have Sense of Humor If you don't know the place they give proper directions or take you half way there to make sure you are Safe

I liked the fact that the garage was around the corner with steers just In case u want a nice ice cream. Everything is close by and easy to get to. We went to Panarotis for supper, I would avoid going out to late.
The owner, Cheryl, is such a lovely person, always kept us inform before hand on new developments around the area. The place is a home away from home, the place is neat inside-out, spacious and a lovely garden outside, my little one really enjoyed running around the yard. There was nothing to worry about when it comes to safety for yourself, family, and the car.
Wouldn't mind coming back to this place whenever I visit Richards Bay. Thank you so much Cheryl stay blessed and grow bigger in this industry.
The location was quiet, far more than we had anticipated. It was easy to travel to the house from main centre of Richards Bay. There is a shopping centre close by. My friends forgot to lock the main door and the burglar guard but we only found out in the morning that it wasn't locked, it was very safe.
The host met us at the gate with the key and kept checking up on us during the stay which we appreciated. The beds were comfortable.
The staff at the reception was pleasant, helpful and efficient. The room was clean, sufficiently equipped, and had a reasonable size. The location of the hotel is valuable, easy to get to different places, and close to the beach area. There are convenient parking lots, inside the property.
Close to the beach, close to the shopping complex and restaurants, all the attention was on us, a result of having just one room. We felt safe in the house and around the neighborhood.

The Guesthouse was fully booked. After traveling all the way from Mandeni to Richards Bay I was told that there was no accommodation. And I canceled the booking hence I am waiting for my refund from booking .Com.
The location is perfect so close to the mall and the service is always excellent i have been to Bay Sun for the 4th time now i cant imagine myself anywhere else when i'm in Richards Bay besides Bay Sun Lodge
I don't think this place exists. I called no one answered. I emailed still no one responded. So I didn't sleep there. All my days I slept at Bon Hotel Empangeni
