And the staff cleans where we will only see please tell to clean under beds we found used Condoms but your place was a great accommodation its just there n there it can be fixed.

Pietermaritzburg, once an attractive, clean town, with numerous historic buildings and home to a number of well-established schools, is looking shabby and uncared for.
I have no idea why anyone would want to head there - we were there for a tennis tournament - and couldn't wait to get on our way and back home!

PMB is a traditional city in South Africa. I stayed there for work, so I did not really drive around and spend time in the city. I enjoyed the Olive & Oil Restaurant at Cascades Life style Centre. PMB is not that big so to get around is easy.

Pietermaritzburg has historic buildings. The architecture is varied and interesting. Though the town center is quite busy, as you move further from town it is quiet and laid back. There are newer developments outside but close to town, like Hesketh estate. There is so much potential for further growth and development for the town.

We did not get to explore Pietermaritzburg itself but we did visit the midlands which is conveniently situated nearby. Very beautiful with lots of lovely stops along the way. Highly recommend the midlands meander.

The access to the hotel is not clear,the hotel it self belongs to the smokers,the room we booked was full of smoke and the smell of the cooking oil from the kitchen was bad,have never experienced such in my entire life, I feel we're robbed and deceived. If I can I'll get my money back,we never even spent 5 minutes on the hotel,the smell and environment was extremely bad,the reception was a mess not welcoming at all even when we left he was not there ,we left the keys on the counter, very disappointed 😔 😞

Kitchen attendant were very welcoming with sense of humour and patient i really like them.
Even the receptionist and security they have got courtesy know how to treat staff .

I was very happy with the reminders on the walls because we forgot our charger and saw the reminder and went back to take it.
It was for the fisrt time to see that reminder out of all hotels i have ever visited
Loved the space. The host was very kind and a great communicator. The black finishes and attention to detail in the room 👌🏽👌🏽 we had a toddler with us and the room was extremely baby friendly. The kettle, microwave and other added extra's were just perfect for us. The shower head water pressure, I mean Hilton Hotel is that you? 😂😂

My stay at this Guest house was very enjoyable. The room was comfortable and the service was excellent. The breakfasts were more than adequate and the staff were friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Gail for making me feel so welcome

It's centrally located to Golden Horse Casino 🎰 and Entertainment Centre, Scottsville Mall, Woodburn Mall and University of KwaZulu Natal PMB Campus, Durban University of Technology Pietermaritzburg Campus and other places of interest.
The hosts were very kind and the room was beautiful and well equipped for my stay. It's also close to PMB Mediclinic and was easy to find. The bed is very comfortable and the linen of great quality. Thank you for having me :)
What a great B&B, a warm greeting from Patrick. The location was magnificent and a real comfortable place to stay away from home. Will definitely be going there on our next trip to Pietermaritzburg.

Arrived at the gate had an awesome ride in with a golf cart which was amazing the host was friendly and so welcoming. Definitely planing to come back when we're in pmb again.
