I don't have much to tell as it was a very short stay because we were actually driving to York ford to attend a funeral, we decided to book while we were already on the road on our way to York Ford. but we are planning another trip to Bloemfontein during the holidays. The city looked great, and the people are friendly.

Unfortunately, my recent visit to Bloemfontein was marked by disappointment due to widespread impact of corruption and incompetence. The city's infrastructure is deteriorating, and essential services are lacking. The once vibrant and beautiful city now struggles with issues that significantly affect the quality of life for residents and visitors alike. It's disheartening to see Bloemfontein in such a state, and I hope for positive changes in the future.

Bloemfontein as a tourist destination is very underrated. It offers many culture , art, wildlife and excellent dining. The city also has a strong and establish education and sports facilities and remains a great stop over for travelers
Both Gustav and the staff were super friendly and welcoming. from the minute we got into the property util we left.
I used work in the Hospitality Industry mainly in 5 Stars establishments and my expectations are super high when I travel and booking accommodation. What Gustav and the rest of The Suburban Guest House Staff gave us was exceptional 10 Stars service. I proudly and strongly recommend The Suburban Guest House for accommodation when you are in Bloemfontein.
A great location in a good neighborhood. The house and the room are huge, with a nice pool and garden. Lots of cupboards and a very large bathroom. It’s modern hotelstyle and Franco the owner welcomed us personally and showed us around. You feel like staying in a 4/5 star hotel and everything works. No loadshedding, so thats great too.

The rooms where fabulous & breakfast was exceptional!!! The energy, style & comfort of the entire hotel was awesome!!! We loved it so much & wish we could've stayed an extra night or two. I shared Villa Bali link with a few traveller friends & said it is a MUST in Bloemfontein!
