Wonderful hotel, beautiful rooms, it's clean, also the staff is really friendly. Especially the female receptionist that had the day shift when I was there was extraordinary nice and spoke amazing English. The spa and the gym is very good as well, the guy that works there does a great job too!

MItrovica in general is a small town, not much to do. There are a few nice restaurants etc but i would not recommend it as a travel destinaition unless you have something to do there. Prisina is one hour away and i would choose that instead if youre going to visit Kosovo.
