Transportation need to be more friendly and accessible. Buses infrequent and not well posted and available so tourists can access easily. Not all can ride motorbike common in Danang Helio night market . is good place to dine. Variety of good food and entertaining live band

It was very clean & modern.
Staff were very helpful especially Mila (guest relations)
Breakfast had a great variety of food to choose from.
The rooms were modern, clean with plenty of room.
The infinity pool & view was lovely.
Although some children I noticed jumped in pool & ran around too much.
It was a shame the upstairs restaurant was not set up & operating yet.
Overall though it was a lovely place to stay & I would highly recommend to others considering staying here.

It was a good city to stay for a short while. Beach was super nice and we really enjoyed Marble Mountains. However, it was also very touristy and just full of big hotels. If you wonder if you should stay in Hue or Hoi An, those places are better :)

There was beers on the beach massages on the beach all at reasonable rates. Taxis were ok on prices but need to check before getting into one. we used a private drivers organized through the hotel but had to use google translator to communicate also used grab which is like an uber type service which had set pricing for trips.
Crossing the roads can be a game of life and death or frogger even at pedestrian crossings as no one stops for you.

Location is very good. It’s in a quiet neighborhood but only a short walk to the beach and also lots of restaurants within walking distance. Going to the city center is a short grab ride.

We had an Exceptional stay at The Memory hotel in Da Nang. Great location, stylish boutique property, amazing and friendly staff. We booked a Deluxe Double Room with Balcony. Breakfast was included and was outstanding! The hotel is a 5 min walk from the beach and a short scooter ride or walk to the Dragon bridge. We rented a scooter from the hotel, which was very affordable and explored the area across the bridge. Amazing coffee shops and food. Highly recommend The Memory if you are planning to visit Da Nang.
Even though the hotel and the room were excellent, the staff was truly what set this place apart. The staff was always welcoming and helpful. In one instance I had an issue with food poisoning due to the food I ate somewhere, the staff went above and beyond I'm helping me get medicine, ordering food, and checking up with me to make sure I was okay. This is service that would come from a 5* hotel! I will definitely push all my friends and family to book this place if they ever go to Da Nang.
We had an amazing stay with my family at the hotel. The service is excellent, and the staff very helpful and friendly. The value for price is very good, the hotel felt a bit like luxury. The rooms were really great, the bed super comfy, with a good view over the sea. Very close to the beach too. It was rather quiet when no one outside was doing karaoke. We were provided with beach towels when we needed and free tea when we were waiting. We really enjoyed the rooftop pool and the sauna too!
Haian Beach Hotel and Spa has excellent service, wonderful staff and an excellent breakfast. It is a worthwhile stay while in Da Nang. It is accessible and near the beach.

He went above and beyond to help us in sending over a lost item from Da Nang to Hanoi. Truly excellent staff who went above and beyond. With much appreciation - we will stay here again.
The staff is very kind and helps you with everything, like in a 5 star hotel. The hotel has really great prices with a driver who will wait for you while you are sightseeing, this made my holiday really carefree. The breakfast is really good, also we had a view on the dragon bridge.
The location is in center of Da nang, really close to the airport and train station and the dragon bridge, a little further to the beach on foot, but you can get there with a grab in 5 minutes.
Can't really ask for more at this price. It's a cheap place with a very fancy feel as you enter the building. The room is pretty spacious too and has everything you need. Ocean view maybe could be better, but it's not bad. Location is really good, 5 mins walk max to beach, a really great banh mi cafe just on the corner of street too (on way to beach). Wish I had more time to stay longer to be honest. Excellent base for exploring Da Nang.
This was the best hotel experience we had in Vietnam. The staff, especially the young man working during the night shifts, were very friendly and helpful. They helped us organise various trips in Da Nang and neighboring areas. The rooms themselves had everything we needed, including a TV with various English-speaking channels. The location is close to the beach and had numerous restaurants nearby.
The location was fantastic. It is in between the CBD as well as the beach. Its a stone's throw walk to the Rong Bridge as well as to the Da Nang beach front. It was such a breeze to get there from the airport and for when we wanted to walk around. I also liked the beautifully appointed interiors. Its very new and modern. I can't believe the value for money this hotel offered. Will come back again!
My family and I stayed here for 3 nights. The hotel was nice and clean, but what stood out for me was the excellent staff. The receptionists were very very helpful and kind, and even the security were extremely nice. The restaurant staff too were very cheerful and attentive. Another observation of ours was that the people of Da Nang are lovely.

Close to the beach. Like other commenters has mentioned you can see that the hotel was a good place, but maintenance has been lacking. You get a good bed with clean sheets, cold quiet ac and a hot shower, which is the most important. The street were mostly quiet during the evening and night. I would stay here again if I come back to da nang and wanted to stay close to beach.
My three-night stay at Hadana Boutique Hotel in Da Nang was fantastic! The staff were incredibly friendly and helped me get a local SIM card, which was super convenient. The breakfast was phenomenal. Our room was very comfortable and the balcony had fantastic views. It is a very good location to get to the beach and other things around. A scooter rental shop was across the street, so that was handy. The hotel helped arrange airport transfers for us.
The nicest place in Da Nang. This is a family-run apartment-hotel. Rooms quiet with windows and fresh air. The kintchenette in the room is very handy. Above all is the opportunity to talk to the family, which was the best part of my Vietnam journey.
