We arrived there from Bukhara, on our way to Khiva, by train. Best decision ever. This hotel was incredibly relaxing after a long train right. The rooms were spacious, the bed was big and the breakfast was freshly prepared by the cooks. I also have to point out that the staff there was very helpful and friendly. All of the guys working there spoke good Russian! The terminal for card payment didn't work, so we paid cash. This was ok after all, because there were a couple of banks close by. All in all I liked the fact that the hotel is located really well - close to the train station, but also close to the trolleybus station to Khiva. It was incredibly quiet there, so we could relax and the WiFi was also working, which wasn't the case for every hotel we've been to in Uzbekistan.

A nice three star hotel in the centre of Urgench The room was spacious, clean and quiet so I slept well. Staff were friendly and helpful Breakfast was good, with nice pancakes, yoghurt , nuts and fruits. The hotel is only five minutes walk from the market and the central square

Great very well equipped place. Generous breakfast. Would definitely recommend. If you fancy a walk it's an hour's stroll to Avesto monument along the canal - a hundred metres from the house. Very helpful hosts (who have English speaking daughter/son on hand). Hosts will also help with transport problems/organisation.

The staff was friend. When we missed breakfast, the lady at reception suggested we go down and they will make eggs, sausages and bread for us, even offered yogurt and fruits. The place was comfortable. Convenient location. 24/7 front desk.
