Great location and close to the start of the boardwalk and beach. The people at the front desk were friendly but unfortunately promised to fix things that were never fixed.

Hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Allowed me to check in an hour early. Room was very big with 2 bathrooms & a great balcony and view. Also loved the fact that toiletry products were all Aveda products!

I love pretty much everything at Wildwood Crest, it is a great place for all ages, and the park has many options like kids can play in the afternoon, mornings for a lovely walk, exercises, and yoga classes. Evenings, for adults to relax around the park and listen to some music. Plus is so close to visit Cape May and view the sunset, then walk to shops and buying your family gifts.
can beat the cleaning and quiet and the fun!! that Wildwood offers to spend and create family memories.

The crest was clean and beach is not too far from water. Boardwalk in wildwood only 5 minute drive away. Good parking for a fee around boardwalk, no free parking or meter parking. Boardwalk does not have a great shopping experience, pretty much just pizza shops for eating. Only variety of clothing stores was tee shirts and hoodies all had same things.

For older people Cape May is more appropriate, but more expensive.
There are many good restaurants, like Little Italy for dinner, Duffers for breakfast, 2 mile restaurant for crabs and seafood.
It all depends on what you like.

Location is excellent Access to the boardwalk, restaurants, shops, rides, games, food, free sporting facilities (basketball, pickleball, tennis, volleyball, and even softball) all in very walking distance. Bike rentals steps away and a heated pool.

I love the beach.
I love the beach. If you stay in the crest or diamond beach the shore line is not as long and it’s generally quieter. The boardwalk is so much fun. Buy discounted amusement tickets when the have the pre season sale.
Cute place with great views of the ocean. I liked the little wall in between rooms to have a tiny bit of privacy as you sit on your shared walkway balcony. They also have glasses railings so no obstruction of ocean view. Great location on the beach. The pool is actually very cute as well. Friendly staff. I booked the day of my trip & requested high floor as a single female. They put smack dab in the middle of the 3rd floor with a great ocean view.
The staff were all exceptionally helpful, thoughtful ( the cleaning crew asked us if we needed anything and checked on us). The breakfast at the restaurant was great and convenient. The location was right on the beach, a block from bike rentals, near boardwalk but away from the crowds. The hotel kept an eye on the guest to make sure nothing rowdy or crazy was going on. Great for a family friendly stay!
great staff all very friendly and greeted us, view from oceanfront room was beautiful loved that it had a microwave, fridge and freezer, the hotel is only a 9 minute walk to the beginning of boardwalk. Denise at the front desk is so polite and helped me with every question I had for her she did go above and beyond for me! I will definitely be staying here again next week!

The staff were very friendly and super helpful, including accommodating our special requests. The room and the entire hotel was really clean. I really appreciated the extra COVID precautions they took too. Location is beachfront and it is a beautiful beach. We cannot wait to book another visit!
We have been to innumerable other Wildwood Crest hotels and motels over the years . They all look the same and mediocre.
We were pleasantly surprised to find Pan American hotel to be incredibly beautiful , clean and first class place . We have finally found a great hotel to stay
The motel is restored fabulously with a delightful pool and very friendly and accommodating staff!
I especially loved the 50s and 60s tunes being pumped throughout the property. The speaker in the room with volume knob was the best thing possibly ever.
My mom and I took a spontaneous trip together and I booked the Waikiki based on the location of the hotel. We had a huge, beautiful room with great views! The hotel is ideally located and clean and we plan on coming back next year!!
We needed a fair-priced room for only one night. Our room had a side view of the ocean. Nice location in Wildwood Crest. Ample parking. Easy check-in and -out. Great pool hours compared to other hotels in the area.
The property is just fantastic! There is an excellent pool, bbq area . The front of house staff and owners are very helpful.they had a list of local eateries with address and phone numbers on.
I liked the fact that every room faced the ocean. I also liked the outlay of the hotel where everything was conveniently near everything. (Elevators, pool, dining area etc.)

the location was wonderful! right on the beach and the board walk and so many cute little diners and nice bars around. there was even a laundromat in the hotel itself
No breakfast. Conveniently located for enough restaurants and beach. Power grid was out so everything was closed. Would have been a better stay but not hotels fault.
I enjoy Wildwood Crest as it affords a more quiet and residential vibe. The location is on the beach.
