Was a decent place to stay. The outside could use some upkeep lights hanging from the outside, ashtray was melted at the bottom. Close to restaurants and places that deliver, gas stations fast food restaurant.

The staff could not have been nicer. It was pet and people friendly. The room felt a little dingy to me. After I had read the glowing reviews from others, I was disappointed. It was clean, but very basic and not updated, except the bathroom maybe.
I made the reservation on the spur of the moment and it may have been one of the last rooms.
Also, the staff forgot to tell me that all the dishes were clean and sparkling in the dishwasher! I thought I had no dishes or silverware and had to improvise.

Washington is conveniently located near good shopping and dining. Pittsburgh and Robinson have a lot of entertainment and places to see. If you’re in the area I recommend visiting or staying here. Traffic here isn’t terrible at all either.

help, more employees... poor lady working front desk was doing 3 peoples jobs, she should definitely get a raise!! Room was perfect, clean and safe . Wish I was there longer than overnight.. in a very convenient location for shopping and eating. I would definitely stay here again

Stay with in 5 miles of the interstates and it's a great trip . Angelo's is a 5 star Italian restaurant since 1939 , gelato is top notch a must dine in . Lots of great shopping and plenty ty of entertainment. COMFORT INN , LOL yeah I said it. We are hotel snobs but this place surprised us . Huge hot tub and amazing room with a shower that could fit 10 people .

Wasn't please about getting a phone call from front desk stating a noise complaint when all we were doing is watching a old movie on their TV featuring Christopher Reeves. Volume up to 21 and a noise complaint, smh we were relaxing not doing anything crazy. Hospitality that night zero. Breakfast good, location great!
At first we were very happy with this place, but then we found out that the heater was barely working and I fell asleep before the room got any warmer. The taps in the shower were hard to adjust and the water filled bath up to the ankles and it was really uncomfortable. Breakfast was not very impressive too.
We were concerned because we read some bad reviews however the place was fine! We were on the second floor which appears to have been renovated recently. Breakfast was typical of an inexpensive hotel but there were plenty of options beside waffles like yogurt, oatmeal, fruit cups to start your day.
A nice no-frills hotel, reasonably priced. Comfortable, clean and Lisa at the front desk was extremely welcoming. I was traveling with my 2 small dogs and I appreciate that this hotel didn't add extra price, beyond a security deposit, which was refunded back to me.
The check in process was easy but the desk clerk gave poor directions to our room. The hotel is laid out strangely and we had to find another staff to help us find our room. Tony was awesome! He found our room, got us a luggage cart and helped with our bags!
I was shopping for affordability and it met that standard.
Plenty of hot water for shower. The hotel staff was pleasant and responded immediately when I asked for help with the television.
Everything they had to offer. They had smoking rooms, grab and go breakfast with coffee and a beautiful view of West Washington. They're also close to many restaurants and stores.
Hotel was clean and facilities were great. Breakfast was excellent with good selection of cold and hot items. Excellent Mexican restaurant about 50 yards away... we enjoyed it.
This is the second time we have stayed here. The staff is friendly. The hotel is clean and comfortable. It is close to the outlets and the casino and racetrack.
