The room and bed was nice and comfortable. What disappointed me the most is that I was charged $180 for incidental fee. I was told that I will get a reimbursement after we check out and no incidents occurred. I still have yet to receive my money back.

This is a quite place with a bed and a shower.. as long as that is all you want--it's good enough. It's not the worst place I have ever stayed---it certainly was not the best either. The price was fair for what I got. The staff is friendly and helpful--oh--by the way--they leave at 10 pm... but there is a phone ( intercom ) next to the office door if you need help after hours. It's minutes from the airport. There is food and fuel very close to the facility. Wal-mart is a 10 minute ride.

Liked Mill Avenue especially the Pedal Haus. That was a great place to eat and to drink. Bars don't open until 4:00 pm which is when you can check into your hotel. Go to the Pedal Haus they will take care of you.

Tempe is our homebase when we visit our friends. Along Rural Rd. there is Arizona State University and offers a youthful vibe. Also, there are plenty of restaurants, grocery and convenience shops for anything we want. Uber rides are inexpensive for getting almost anywhere of interest in the Phoenix area.

Very close to all Pheonix has to offer and quieter. Loved it! Thew Tempe lake was beautiful and I got to go to the Grand Cayon and Sedona. I would have loved to have gone Kyaking or paddle boarding on the lake but because it was self-guided , i did not do it.
1. Location! Stayed here for Boots in the Park country music festival at Tempe Beach Park. It was a block away. Easily walked to & from the 2 day festival. Mill Ave is also 1 block away. Walked to nearby eateries & shopping stores.
2. Staff! Very pleasant, courteous, & professional staff at all times.
3. Rooftop pool! Need I say less? Privacy for tanning poolside. Great view of the mountain hike & of the river.
Room was big, nice and clean. Building clean and decent decort. Loved the free water! Loved the cookies! Loved the breakfast! Of all the free breakfasts we've had, this was probably the best. Everything was well made and tastes great. I would highly recommend this hotel. We were really pleasantly surprised. Thank you. We enjoyed our stay.
The hotel inside was very quiet (didn't hear a neighbour in any direction and the bed VERY comfortable. The hot breakfast had a great selection and the restaurant staff very helpful. Reception staff were also friendly and accommodating with our late checkout request and to arrange our airport drop-off.
The location was good. Close to Tempe Diablo Stadium. The staff were polite but not friendly. I don’t think a single smile was provided but I can understand this based on the condition of the hotel and seeing some of the long term residents. I think they knew that we would be unhappy with our stay.
Location was great. Our For whatever reason our reservation through Booking.com was not confirmed at the Hotel. They honored the price we were quoted and upgraded our room from a King to a Double. The room was great and the staff even better. We always stay her when we come to Tempe.
Nothing - the experience at Best Western Inn of Tempe in October of 2021 was short because the hotel was inhabitable. No refunds. Staff and management do not care as every guest complains anyway. DO NOT BOOK WITH BEST WESTERN INN OF TEMPE. See photos below.
We needed to be near ASU's Tempe campus. It was CLOSE and very convenient. The staff was friendly and the free parking felt secure. The room was clean, comfortable, and spacious. We appreciated the combination safe in the wardrobe.
Very nice, new hotel. Staff was very pleasant and helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable. An evening happy hour is provided (unfortunately we weren't available for this). A hot breakfast is included in the room rate.
I seldom write reviews but I need to say this was the best designed hotel and hotel room I have ever been in. Such a perfect experience. Great area too. Lots to do.
